Breakfast!


MY BREAKFAST!

People often wonder what I eat on a daily basis. I will start posting some things I have eaten to give you an idea. Today, this was my breakfast:

1 egg white, scrambled
1/2 ounce feta cheese
sliced onion
1 light multi-grain English muffin
1 plum

Total calories: 190
