I've struggled with body weight versus my love of food most of my life. Over the last few years I have figured out a way to manage both of those things and still come out on top. I don't practice deprivation, or fad-crash diets, I do practice food worship and lifestyle change.
To be successful at anything, you have to want it. Food, is an addiction for me, and like any I am making the
changes I need to make in order to stay healthy, happy and full of yummy food!
At 25, I weighed 230 lbs... Now I weigh 125 lbs. It took a lot of determination and perseverance to settle down and make the commitment to change my life and my eating habits but the end result is amazing.
This weight loss has changed me, my personality, my outlook, my focus and even my career interests. I want to be able to give back what others have given me... inspiration and motivation. I am now an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and have started my own business as a Weight Loss Coach. I want to help those people just like me succeed in living a happier and healthier existence.
